Ingredients:
1 Tb Jerk sauce
1 half Chicken breast
1 can Kidney beans
6 cups romaine lettuces
6 cups baby spinach
1 cup of cold broccoli
1 small red bell pepper
1 small green bell pepper
1/2 cup of grape tomatoes
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 of a small red onion (optional)
1/2 cup of cold cooked pasta (any kind)
1/4 cup salad dressing (any kind)
Directions:
1. Season the chicken breast with jerk sauce.
2. Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Chop and set aside to cool. (You need to refrigerate your chicken, or your salad will be warm)
3. Open and drain the can of beans and set aside.
4. Chop up bell peppers and onions.
5. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and then add salad dressing and lightly toss.
