How Often Do You Entertain?
When you do are you buying readymade drinks?
The next time you throw a party or have a few friends over make this rum punch.
It’s tasty and refreshing.
Don’t forget to garnish your glass.

I love the idea of entertaining but I’ve always been afraid of the cleanup. What about you? For the first time I had some family and friends over a few weeks ago for dinner and some games.
I was surprised by how many people wanted to help me in the kitchen. (It’s always good to have great friends) ☺ I wanted to take them up on their offer but I said no. As a hostess it’s good to let your guest relax and enjoy the party.
I came away from the party exhausted but so happy to see everyone enjoying my food, the reggae music and this amazing rum punch.
Anyone that knows me understands how much I love this rum punch recipe.
Every week I make this punch (without the rum) and I drink it with almost every meal.
Ingredients:
1 cup lime juice
3 cups of Appleton Jamaican rum
½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
4 cups pomegranate juice

1 cup of pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
Orange slice and a cherry, for garnish
