
Ingredients:
1 can of corned beef (also known as bully beef in Jamaica)
1 clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon of oil
1/2 Teaspoon of black pepper
1 onion
1 tomato
1/4 Scotch Bonnet
1/2 bell pepper
1 sprig of thyme
ΒΌ cup of water
Directions:
1. Chop the onion, tomato, bell pepper, Scotch Bonnet and crush the garlic.
2. Combine the beef, garlic and black pepper in a bowl Mix together well.
3. Add oil to frying pan.
4. Add the onion, Scotch Bonnet, bell pepper, tomato and thyme.
5 Add water and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice.
