Raphaelita of All Things Caribbean Cuisine: What is your favorite Caribbean meal to make?
Eva Green- Wilson: I love fry bake and saltfish! I also like to make dhalpourie, but my curry isn’t that great yet…
Raphaelita: What is the one place in the world you would love to visit with your family?
Eva: I’d love to take my family to Singapore. I went when I was young, and it was such a beautiful place. I think they’d love it. Closer to home? Aruba. The water is amazing. On my last trip, all I could think of was how much the kids would have enjoyed themselves.
With experience in website designing and parenting she has turned her blog into a popular source for all things happening in the Caribbean culture and living abroad in the U.S. and that’s why we love her!
