Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Chicken legs
- 3 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of veggie oil
- 1/4 cup of water
Directions:
Clean chicken and pat it dry – set it aside.
In a big pot cook oil with curry powder for 5 mins.
Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
Add chicken and brown both sides for 10 mins.
Add chopped up: onions, tomatoes and bell pepper to pot.
Cook for 30 mins and serve over wite rice or rice and peas.
