I woke up with a craving for bananas and eggs.
Not in that order but I really love bananas!
Breakfast:
Two scrambled eggs with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, teaspoon of olive oil and tablespoon of 2% milk.
Two whole wheat toast with challenge butter (love them!)
Two waffles with maple syrup, 3-4 slices of bananas.
A cup a hot chocolate! ( not pictured)
I believe this maybe my first dish that could be considered breakfast and desert. Yeah, maybe?!
